You Choose the Delivery Date
We all lead busy lives, so it stands to reason that some days will be more convenient for your shed to be delivered than others. For this reason, Forest’s White Glove Service allows you to choose a shed delivery day that’s right for you.
Two days before the delivery day, you’ll receive a text message giving you a 4-hour time slot. Should you wish, you can reply to this message with any special instructions for the driver.
Then, on the morning of delivery, you will receive an email narrowing the 4-hour slot to 2 hours, along with a link to track the driver’s progress. This way, there’s no need for you to spend the whole day on tenterhooks, awaiting the arrival of your new shed. Instead, you can go about your business as usual, with a clear idea of when to be available for your shed’s delivery.
Shed Delivered and Unpacked
Upon arrival, your friendly driver will deliver the shed to any part of the garden you desire, as long as it is a safe and reasonable request. All you need to do is ensure they have unrestricted access, which does not involve passing through your home or garage. They’ll take care of the rest.

Shed Installation Timeline
After you’ve made your purchase and selected the installation upgrade, Forest will contact you by email. This will contain important information about preparing a suitable shed base and the installation process as a whole.
Once the delivery date is confirmed, Forest will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date. They aim to make this within 7 days of the shed’s delivery.
Then, a week before installation is due, the team will be back in touch, finalising details to ensure the job runs smoothly.
