Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation BEFORE delivery

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please TELEPHONE us as soon as possible. Providing the order has not yet been dispatched, there will be no cancellation charge.  

However, if your order has been dispatched, even if it is yet to be delivered, cancellation charges may apply.

Also, please note that should your order include personalised requirements, there are no cancellation rights once the order has been placed.

Cancellation AFTER delivery

It is best that you call us as soon as possible should you wish to discuss a cancellation.

It is best that you call us in the first instance should you wish to discuss a cancellation and collection. Many of our suppliers do charge for collections. Please see the list below:

All Fencing products including Decking and accessories: Orders under £100 = £15 charge. Orders over £100 = £30 charge. Orders over £1,000 = £100 return charge.

All Log Cabins and Garden Rooms: up to £250.00 charge depending on building and supplier (see the individual suppliers below or call for further details).

Absco: £30 charge

Asgard: £150 charge

Better Shelving/Workbench: £10 return charge and must be returned within 30 days. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a re-saleable condition.

Biohort: Product specific charges on request but can be up to 25% of your total order value.

Birkdale: Due to the sizing of these products, these items are made to order and bespoke. We cannot accept returns once the survey has taken place and the order confirmed.

Duramax/Saffron: Product specific charges on request but can be up to 25% of your total order value.

Eden: £48 return charge and 10% repacking fee. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a re-saleable condition.

Forest Sheds, Summerhouses, Greenhouses, Storage, Grow your own and other related products:  Orders under £100 = £15 charge. Orders over £100 = £30 charge. Orders over £1,000 = £100 charge.

Glendale: Customer to arrange return at own cost. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a re-saleable condition.

Halls: £48 return charge and 10% repacking fee. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a re-saleable condition.

Hall's Rainsaver: £18.50 (plus location surcharge if applicable) return charge. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a re-saleable condition.

Keter: £50 charge

Lifestyle:  Product specific charges on request but can be up to 15% of your total order value.

Lifetime: Product specific charges on request but can be up to 25% of your total order value. 

Lotus / Melbourne / Sapphire: Product specific charges on request but can be up to 25% of your total order value.

Mercia: £30 return charge.

Palmako: Specific return charges on request but can be up to £500.00

Palram Canopia: Specific return charges on request but can be up to 10% of your total order value. Please package the goods with care ensuring all parts are secure and the box is taped up well for collection. Should the goods be received back with parts missing or damaged in any way, the return charge could increase up to 20% of the total order value.

Panacea: Customer to return at own cost

Probase: up to £100 charge depending on the size of the order

Ready Made Gates: 20% of order value restocking charge & £30 collection fee

Shire: £30 charge

Skyguard: Customer to return at own cost

Solar Tech: £20 restocking charge and customer to return at own cost

Suncast: Specific return charges on request but can be up to 15% of your total order value.

Toomax: £15 return charge

Traditional Sheds: Specific return charges on request but can be up to 50% of your total order value. Please note: We cannot accept returns on bespoke sheds built as per the customer's request.

Trimetals: £50 return charge

Yardmaster: £36.00 return charge per shed ordered

Any charges are retained from the refund returned to customers.

Refunds

The product must be in its delivered form and must not have been tampered with in any way.

The product will be inspected on return to ensure that the product has not been tampered with and is complete. If we deem that the product is not of the above standard we shall deduct a reasonable amount to cover any costs to use or return them to you if they are not re-sellable.

Where a refund is to be paid we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective product.

Any products that are special order, bespoke or purchased in bulk are not subject to the cooling off period.
