Delivery Areas


Most of our products are available for delivery to all areas of mainland UK.


As deliveries are carried out by the manufacturers, some of them may use carriers that do not deliver to more remote areas. This will be noted in the Delivery Information section of the product’s page.


We do deliver to allotments if the allotment has a postcode. Due to the unsecured nature of allotments, the customer or a representative should be present for the delivery.


All our orders are delivery only and cannot be collected.



Delivery Charges


Delivery is free for all products, other than fencing and decking orders under £100. Fencing and decking orders over £100 are free but those under £100 will incur a small £24.99 delivery charge.


Please be aware that there are some more remote postcode areas which will incur a surcharge.

Delivery Timescales


Each product will have an icon to show whether it has a lead time for delivery or is available for pick-a-day delivery.


Please note that deliveries are generally only offered on week days.



Lead Times


A product with a lead time will have an icon stating a time period, such as 3-4 weeks. This is the time in which a product will be ready for delivery. During this lead time, the manufacturer will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date. If you have not heard from the manufacturer as you near the end of the lead time, contact our customer service centre and we will investigate the status of your order.


You can also use the postcode checker on the product page to see the lead time for your area.


Choose Your Delivery Day


Pick-a-day delivery enables you to choose your delivery day from a choice of dates.


If a product is available for Choose Your Delivery Day, this will be shown in the icon and indicated next to the post-code checker.


When you enter your postcode into the checker, you will be offered a range of dates. You can then select one as part of the checkout process.



On the Delivery Day


Customer presence for delivery


If you will not be available on the date given for delivery, we are able to amend this to a later date if more suitable and if sufficient notice is provided.


Alternatively, our drivers will be able to leave your purchase with a neighbour or in a safe place with your express permission in advance. The liability for the safety of products will be at your own risk if deliveries are arranged in your absence.


Please contact us so that we can pass these special instructions onto our carrier. Failure to advise us will result in the product being returned to the manufacturer.



Delivery drop-off point


With the exception of Forest’s White Glove Delivery Service, delivery is made to the kerbside or your driveway.


Please be aware that larger products, such as sheds and log cabins, will be delivered by flat-bed truck or lorry. If a refuse collection truck can access your property, the lorry should be able to also. If you think there may be any access issues, please let customer service know when you order.



Installation services


Where installation services are available, some manufacturers do offer same day delivery and installation with some of their product ranges. Others will arrange delivery and installation separately. Please see the product page for the information relevant to each specific product.




Forest's White Glove Delivery Service


Forest products are delivered using the company’s White Glove Delivery Service. Depending on your postcode, you might also be able to Choose Your Delivery Day.


Either way, 2 days before delivery, you will receive a 4-hour time slot. This is followed by a 2-hour ETA on the day of delivery, with a link to track your driver.


Upon arrival, the driver will deliver your product straight into your garden, with all of the product packaging removed.



Delivery Cancellation


If your order has not yet been delivered and you would like to cancel your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible before the day of delivery.


You should contact us by both telephone (in order to stop the delivery promptly) and then by email to officially cancel. However, if your order includes personalised requirements, it is not possible to cancel the order or delivery.
