Delivery Queries

Due to unprecedented demand, your delivery may take slightly longer than normal. For any delivery queries, please read the following information BEFORE contacting us:

For pick-a-day products

Enter your postcode into the box on the product page. It will tell you if the product can be delivered to your area and which dates are available. You will then be able to schedule the  most convenient delivery date for you at checkout. This will be the date that your product will arrive.

For all other products

Enter your postcode into the box on the product page. It will tell you if the product can be delivered to your area and what the expected lead time is. The lead time is the time in which the manufacturer expects the product to be available. The manufacturer will contact you within this lead time to arrange a delivery date.

The manufacturer WILL NOT provide us with delivery times before they have contacted you. If, however, near THE END of the lead time, you still have not heard from the manufacturer, do contact us and we will make further enquiries for you.

For SOLD OUT products

These popular products have sold out. We do not have information regarding when they will return into stock. If you need help choosing an alternative, please do contact us.

Protecting the health and wellbeing of all our employees and customers is paramount. We continue to accept orders and make deliveries to most residential addresses. To enable us to do this, we have introduced strict precautionary measures eliminating contact.

Please be aware that your delivery may take longer than usual.

Upon delivery, to protect both you and our drivers, we will not require you to sign for your delivery. We request that you leave clear instructions for our driver regarding where you would like us to leave your order. Please remain inside your property during the delivery.

It may also take us a little longer to answer your email or your phone call so please be patient with us during this unprecedented time.

Delivery Information 

Our aim is to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible, using prompt and efficient delivery methods, while offering a free UK mainland delivery service* where possible. To achieve this, deliveries are usually made direct from the manufacturer, either using their carrier or an independent courier service.

Pick A Day Delivery

Providing the best possible service for our customers is vitally important to us, we’re always looking at new ways to enhance your shopping experience. Our range of products offering pick-a-day delivery mean that you can select the most convenient delivery day for you.

Delivery Addresses

We can only deliver to registered residential or commercial addresses. Therefore, we cannot deliver to an unsecured allotment, car park, waste ground etc. - The basic "rule of thumb" we work to is: if a Royal Mail postman delivers to the address, it is likely that we will too.

Timescales

Our delivery services vary depending on the product, manufacturer and seasonal demand.

To find the average delivery period for any individual product, please visit the relevant product page. All product pages contain an "Anticipated Delivery" entry, which states the manufacturer's current estimated delivery period in working days. The timescales given reflect the current delivery target period offered throughout the majority of the UK mainland, however deliveries can occur slightly sooner or later than stated due to transport logistics. For example, deliveries to central, highly populated areas are more likely to be serviced regularly thus taking less time than distant locations such as North Scotland, West Wales or South-West England.

On some ranges of products there is an option called 'pick a day' which allows customers to pick a specific date for delivery. When customers either do not select or are unable to select the 'pick'a day' option for delivery, they are notified of an exact delivery date by the delivering party, usually by telephone two to three days prior to the proposed delivery date. If the date offered is not convenient, customers can request a re-schedule with no additional charge. Deliveries are typically made on weekdays only.

If a product is required to arrive before a specific date - for example a playhouse for a child's birthday, or you are concerned about access for any large products, please contact us for advice and assistance.

Delivery Charges?

We aim to offer free delivery to as many locations on the UK mainland as possible. Unfortunately, some of our manufacturing and/or supply partners do not deliver to certain areas or will only do so for a charge.

Any charges are outlined within the delivery section towards the bottom of individual product pages and also in the checkout before any purchase.

The Delivery

Delivery drivers are only insured to drop products off onto a kerb side or driveway and will generally not carry such items into or onto your property. This rule also applies to rear or side access or through garages. It is not compulsory for customers to be present during delivery; however, we will require a written authorisation for deliveries in your absence, either by fax, e-mail or letter. Deliveries made in the customer's absence will be left in a safe and secure place wherever possible. The liability for the safety of products will be at the risk of the customer if deliveries are arranged in their absence. Restrictions on Delivery Before a Bank Holiday

Please Note – Log Cabins have a typical lead-time of 2 – 4 weeks from ordering and Metal Sheds are typically delivered 10 working days from making an order. This is as a result of the individual manufacturing processes which take place. Also, the manufacturers do not generally stock pile their products. So, it is impossible for these items to be delivered in time for a bank holiday Monday, if ordered the week before.
