To ensure that you order the most relevant canopy width, please take your measurements carefully. Measure the width of your doorway or porch from side to side allowing for a canopy overhang. Our recommendation is to allow a minimum canopy overhang of at least 3” at both sides. Our 3” is a minimum and you could have more overhang depending on your personal taste.

Yes, they are suitable for use as porch canopies. The vast majority of porch canopies are usually 5’ in width (4’ as an absolute minimum). This means that 80%+ of our overdoor canopies can also be used to cover porches.

Our larger door canopies are also ideal for use as patio awnings or covers. These typically require more width and certainly more depth as they need to protect typically tables and chairs from the worst of the weather.
