Naturally, all of our range is wooden, which is the “norm” for summer houses. We source our entire range from top-quality manufacturers - Forest Garden, Mercia, and Shire.

Choose from apex and pent roofing as well as overlap, shiplap tongue and groove and tongue and groove cladding. The majority of our 7x7 summer houses are dip treated, but we also have one pressure treated model. We also have single door and double door options, which give a variety of choices.

Guarantee lengths

Our 7x7 summer houses for sale all come with a minimum of a 10 year guarantee. The one pressure treated model has an impressive 25 years guarantee within the price.

Can summer houses be used outside of summer?

For all year round use, we would generally recommend log cabins as a wise choice. The interlocking logs greatly keep the heat inside and encourage year round use.

We would advise everybody not to take the word “summer” too literally. In fact, alternative names used for summer houses are “garden houses”, “shed houses” and “garden cottages” – none of which mention the word “summer”. Many customers use summer houses all year round. Options such as buying a double glazed summer house or adding a heater would help in colder months.

Although not styled the same as a summer house, you may also wish to view our 7x7 sheds, which neatly fill a corner in the same way as our 7x7 summer houses do.
