This 7x7 Mercia premier corner summerhouse is constructed from 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding, even the roof and floor, which differentiates the standard corner summerhouse we offer to this premier summerhouse. The floor can withstand heavier pressure which enables a sturdier build and means this summerhouse can be multi-use, acting as storage in the winter time. The roof has increased resistance making it virtually indestructible from any weather and the added roofing felt means the timber stays dry and doesn't rot. The timber chosen has been tested and certification meaning the wood is sustainable and slow grown, increasing its resistance to rot.

This summerhouse has two opening doors which are fully glazed which compliments the two other full height styrene windows, allowing natural light to pour in during the sunny days. The doors have a lock/key feature which keeps the summerhouse locked and your items protected. The windows on this 7x7 Mercia premier corner summerhouse are made from styrene, a 100% shatterproof glass alternative, eliminating the chances of cutting yourself on broken glass.

The timber has been pre-treated, however to receive the full 10 year anti-rot promise we advise that you re-treat this 7x7 Mercia premier corner summerhouse annually. Build time is less than you would expect, using the provided instructions.

Delivery of this item is typically made by a 7.5 ton flat-bed (similar size to a council refuse lorry) up to an 18 ton lorry (similar size to a removals lorry). Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.

The delivery drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an unsafe location. Unfortunately we will not be able to go through your property. Please note that some buildings will not pass through standard doorways in houses. Please call to seek advice if there are any access concerns.

This product is delivered in a flat packed, sectional format direct from the manufacturer to your home with full instructions ready for DIY assembly.
