The Maulden cabin is a gorgeous wooden log cabin and is the perfect feature for any garden. This building is supplied with an integral 850mm deep verandah (*included in product size) making it a great spot to relax in and read a book or entertain guests for a garden party. Manufactured using untreated high-grade Pine; 19mm (3/4 of an inch) thick logs, which are more than one-and-a-half times the cladding thickness of a conventional (12mm) wooden summerhouse. The Maulden also benefits from the fantastic internal eaves height of 1.80m (5'11). The roof is made from 12mm tongue and groove boarding, as is the floor; which is included in the price unlike that of many other brands. Glazing is 3mm Horticultural glass
The pressure treated floor joists give the best possible lifespan for the most vulnerable part of any timber building €“ making rot and fungal damage much more avoidable. The part-glazed single door is complete with a quality key lock for security reasons. The single opening window to the front is of a beautiful Georgian design.. Roofing felt is included as standard. This log cabin requires a flat, level and square concrete or paved base to enable assembly. Delivered palletised in a loose component true-log form (not sectional). Front driveway delivery only. Note: This wooden log cabin is delivered untreated and requires the customer to apply a good quality preservative to the external timber surfaces immediately after installation.
