The 4'x4' Shire Bunny Playhouse is a charming den for children to entertain themselves in the garden.

Constructed from 12mm smooth planed tongue and groove shiplap cladding and supported by 34x34mm framing, this playhouse provides a robust and reliable build. The floor is 11mm OSB board ensuring durable support, with the reverse apex roof providing weather proof protection with 8mm OSB board finished in felt.

A half single glazed single entrance door leads into the space which is illuminated further by a single glazed opening window provides additional ventilation. Supplied dip treated, application of an anti-fungal treatment is recommended on completion of assembly to support the 1 year guarantee. This playhouse complied to BS EN 71-1:2014 for added peace of mind.

This product is delivered in a flat packed, sectional format direct from manufacturer to your home, with full instructions ready for DIY assembly.

After Order Placement:

Delivery of these items is arranged through the manufacturers' own automated booking website.

They will send an automated text to the telephone number supplied within 2 working days after order placement, asking that you go there and book in your delivery. Any delay booking in your delivery through this system will likely delay the overall delivery.

If you will be unavailable on the day of delivery, the driver can attempt to leave your order in a safe place, please indicate this when selecting your delivery as re-delivery charges may be levied if delivery fails on the agreed date.

If you haven't already agreed a day, the delivery team will contact you to arrange an acceptable delivery date based on the typical lead time stated for the product.

Installation - If ordering installation please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery/installation.

Upon Delivery:

Delivery of this item is typically made by a 7.5 ton flat-bed (similar size to a council refuse lorry) up to an 18 ton lorry (similar size to a removals lorry). Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.

The delivery drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an unsafe location. Unfortunately we will not be able to go through your property.
