With its unusual pentagonal design, extensive glazing and top-quality build, the 9' x 9' Mercia Premium Corner Summer House (2.9m x 2.9m) is the perfect fit to turn an unused corner of the garden into an attractive venue for family get-togethers and alfresco dining.

This beautiful summerhouse is constructed in the UK from 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding, supported by a 28 x 28mm wooden frame, making for a strong, long-lasting and very attractive garden retreat. The floor and roof are both built from premium 12mm tongue and groove. The former is easily able to accommodate heavier garden furniture and withstand regular footfall, while the latter is fitted with a mineral felt cover for complete weatherproof protection. The wood used to build this summer house is FSC®-certified, so only sourced from sustainable, well-managed forests.

Wide, fully-glazed double doors offer comfortable access to the interior. They are fitted with sturdy handles, turn buttons, and a key-operated lock to keep valuables safe. With 4 additional large windows, the summerhouse’s interior is bathed in natural light. All of these windows are made from styrene, which is completely shatterproof and far safer than conventional glass. It is UV resistant too, so will neither fade nor discolour in the sun.

This garden summerhouse is dip treated and supplied with an excellent 10-year anti-rot guarantee, as well as an additional 1-year parts guarantee. The anti-rot guarantee is dependent on the customer annually retreating the wood with a high-quality preservative and waterproofing treatment.

Fixtures, fittings and clear instructions are all included for a straightforward assembly.

Delivery of this item is typically made by a 7.5 ton flat-bed (similar size to a council refuse lorry) up to an 18 ton lorry (similar size to a removals lorry). Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.

The delivery drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an unsafe location. Unfortunately we will not be able to go through your property. Please note that some buildings will not pass through standard doorways in houses. This product is delivered in a flat packed, sectional format direct from the manufacturer to your home with full instructions ready for DIY assembly.
