The 8’ x 8’ Shire Iceni Pent Potting Shed (2.39m x 2.39m) is thoughtfully designed and handmade to the highest standards, making it a great potting shed for gardeners and the ideal home for tender plants.

Constructed in the UK from 12mm shiplap cladding, on a strapping 44mm frame, this wooden potting shed comes with a premium 12mm tongue and groove floor and roof, ensuring outstanding strength and durability. The pent roof includes a top-quality mineral felt cover for complete weatherproof protection.

The door and windows are expertly made using traditional, skilled joinery, so will withstand whatever nature throws at them. This stable-style door is fitted with a key-operated lock to keep valuable tools and invaluable plants secure. The top half of the door can be opened while the bottom half remains closed, to help optimise growing conditions and provide welcome ventilation for the gardener on a hot summer’s day.

With one whole side of glazing, this potting shed ensures plants receive an abundance of natural light. The glazing is made from shatterproof styrene - a sensible precaution in a busy, family-orientated garden. The 2 small rear windows provide yet more natural light and are made from real glass.

A wooden potting bench runs along the whole of the glazed side, allowing plenty of room for plants and handheld gardening tools. The potting shed’s generous dimensions provide extra space for long-handled tools, growbags and more.

The high-grade pine used to build this potting shed is FSC®-certified, so only sourced from sustainable, well-managed forests. It is dip treated and supplied with an excellent 10-year anti-rot guarantee, as well as a 1-year parts guarantee. Both guarantees are dependent on following the manufacturer’s guidelines relating to assembly, usage and retreatment. A high-quality wood preservative should be applied upon assembly and annually, thereafter. The customer can paint the shed instead, if desired.

Delivery of this item is typically made by a 7.5 ton flat-bed (similar size to a council refuse lorry) up to an 18 ton lorry (similar size to a removals lorry). Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.

This product is delivered in a flat packed, sectional format direct from manufacturer to your home, with full instructions ready for DIY assembly.

The delivery drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an unsafe location. Unfortunately we will not be able to go through your property. Please note that some buildings will not pass through standard doorways in houses.
