Description

The Overlap Premium Tall Store from the Mercia Garden Storage range; EXCLUSIVE to Shedstore. The Overlap Premium Tall Store is the initial model in the Mercia range, but despite its low cost it offers great storage potential because of the provision of wide double doors offering easy front access, coupled with an external ridge of 5'7 to offer considerable internal height too for all manner of storage possibilities.

Yet, with a small footprint of only 5'10 x 2'7 this compact, handy wooden storage unit is ideal where space is at a premium. This Overlap Premium Tall Store has a sloping pent roof and is supplied complete with a 5'3 (1.60m) high x 4'2 (1.27m) wide double door, secured with padbolt (padlock not supplied). Another key benefit is the free basecoat treatment (applied at works).

Specifications include OSB solid sheet (resin board, similar to chipboard) to the roof and floor, with 8mm overlap cladding upon a larger-than-usual 28 x 28mm framing to the walls. Supplied basecoat treated in a primer coat of timber treatment at the factory, which should be refreshed after assembly and annually thereafter. Supplied with felt, fixings and instructions for self-assembly only.

Delivery of this item is typically made by a 7.5 ton flat-bed (similar size to a council refuse lorry) up to an 18 ton lorry (similar size to a removals lorry). Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.

The delivery drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an unsafe location. Unfortunately we will not be able to go through your property. Please note that some buildings will not pass through standard doorways in houses. Please call to seek advice if there are any access concerns.

This product is delivered in a flat packed, sectional format direct from the manufacturer to your home with full instructions ready for DIY assembly.
