This 4' x 4' Snug Playhouse and Tower with Slide offers quality and practicality whilst being visually stunning. The wooden playhouse with slide is set on a timber tower with a sturdy ladder, it is the perfect getaway for your children. A slide is attached to the front platform to add extra entertainment. 3 Plastic shatterproof styrene windows provide an excellent safe alternative to glass allowing natural light in. The Roof and Floor consist of super solid sheet board creating a sturdy and secure wooden playhouse with slide. The Shiplap cladding produces a smooth but turgid structure which achieves a impressive finish.

This playhouse meets the latest EN-71 regulations and is fully CE marked. Notable safety features include ventilation holes throughout the building, ensuring excellent air circulation; a 12mm gap around the door and openings, to eliminate the risk of trapped fingers; and a maximum opening size of 82mm, to prevent children from trying to climb through gaps and getting trapped.

With this product comes a standard 1 year parts warranty as well as a 10 year Anti Rot guarantee ensuring long lasting products.

Delivery of this item is typically made by a 7.5 ton flat-bed (similar size to a council refuse lorry) up to an 18 ton lorry (similar size to a removals lorry). Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.

The delivery drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an unsafe location. Unfortunately we will not be able to go through your property. Please note that some buildings will not pass through standard doorways in houses. Please call to seek advice if there are any access concerns.

This product is delivered in a flat packed, sectional format direct from the manufacturer to your home with full instructions ready for DIY assembly.
