    Designed to be inserted into the perimeter cells on 2 sides of the ProBASE, exactly where the rainwater runs off the garden building’s roof, these ProBASE French drains prevent water splashback and the resulting buildup of soil particles on the wooden walls, so reducing the risk of rot.

    Buy these ProBASE French drains from us and receive a FREE set of ProBASE anchor blocks too. Designed to fit into any cell within the ProBASE, they keep the building secure, even in severe winds.

    The blocks should be attached to the garden building’s timber frame by either standard screws or nuts and bolts.

    If using screws, position the building over the anchor blocks and drive a screw through both the timber frame and each anchor block. If using nuts and bolts, pre drill the frame and anchor block before filling the ProBASE grids with gravel. Then, lift up the corner of the base to position each bolt, fill the grids with gravel, reposition the building, and secure it to the ProBASE anchor blocks with nuts.

    These anchor blocks are pull tested up to 60kg of uplift per anchor. Please note that fixings are not included.

    This pack contains 260 French Drain Blocks and 8 Anchor Blocks.

Description

Quick and simple to install, the ProBASE 5.5x4.5m plastic Log Cabin base kit is ideal for avoiding the hassle of laying slabs or concrete when preparing a base for a new Log Cabin. Its interlocking design makes it easy to put together and, though lightweight, it provides a very strong and durable base for the shed.

Made from 100% recycled plastic, this Log Cabin base is eco-friendly. Also, it can be reused if the Log Cabin is repositioned. The base allows for ventilation and drainage under the Log Cabin, helping to keep the Log Cabin floor dry.

To install the base, simply interlock the square grids together and lay onto a firm, level area of ground. We recommend using 15kg of 10m pea gravel per square (gravel not included).

Each square is 500 x 500 x 40mm. This pack contains 120 squares and heavy-duty, commercially-graded weed membrane.
