    A powerful system, using advanced solar technology and the latest lithium battery know-how, allows these floor and table lamps to run for up to 5 hours every evening with a brightness equivalent to 350lm and 80lm mains bulbs. The battery hub can also charge other mobile devices, a 12v TV, or laptop with 12v adaptor, whilst the fully weather-resistant solar panel is effective all-year-round, ensuring that these garden lights will never go out unexpectedly.

The 12' x 10' (3.66 x 3.05m) Traditional Wychwood Summerhouse boasts a chalet-style design and is constructed from premium materials throughout. This versatile log cabin is not only a great place to entertain friends, it makes the ideal home office too.

Constructed from 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding, on a heavy-duty 38mm x 50mm frame, this premium summerhouse is built to last. The floor and apex roof are also made from superior 12mm tongue and groove, with the latter enjoying a felt covering to keep out the rain. A stunning smooth-planed finish ensures that this garden house isn't just robust and weathertight but looks exceptionally beautiful too.

Easy access to the interior is gained through fully glazed, Georgian-style double doors, which boast black, antique-style fittings. These doors can be secured by a key operated lock to ensure valuable items are always safe. There are 4 opening windows, 2 to the front and 1 to each side, so it's easy to maintain an ambient temperature once inside. Together with the fully-glazed doors, these windows are made from toughened glass and provide the interior with an abundance of natural light.

This superior garden room is supplied dip-treated, should be re-treated within 6 weeks of assembly and annually thereafter, in order to maintain its stunning appearance.

Why not upgrade to pressure-treated? This extends the anti-rot guarantee to a fantastic 15 years. PLUS, we'll upgrade the cladding to extra-thick 15mm FOR FREE! Please note that the pressure treated timber will still require waterproofing upon assembly and annually.

Measuring 2655mm x 3660mm x 3050mm and coming with a reassuring 1-year parts guarantee, full instructions are provided to aid an easy assembly.

Please be aware that specification measurements for cladding, floorboards and framing are nominal (before machining). As a result, there can be a variance of plus or minus 1mm on cladding and floorboards, and a plus or minus of 5mm on framing.

This product is delivered in a flat packed, sectional format from manufacturer direct to your home, with full instructions ready for DIY assembly.

The drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an unsafe location. Unfortunately we will not be able to go through your property. Please note that some buildings will not pass through standard doorways in houses.
