If it's large volume storage you're after, but your budget is limited, this is the model for you! This Windsor Modular Workshop offers a massive 100 square feet (approx) of storage or workshop possibilities at a great price, yet still benefits from 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding to the walls; being the superior form of shed cladding. Modular by design, the roof, side walls and floor are formed from 5' long sections with 27 x 33mm framing, making the product easier to handle and transfer to your proposed site... Plus you gain the strength benefit of a double framed arrangement at each point the wall sections meet! The Windsor Modular Workshop is supplied with a 1.68m (5'6) high x 0.958m (3'2) wide double door to one gable end, secured with a galvanised padbolt (padlock not supplied). The roof and floor are formed from 10mm solid sheet OSB resin board, complete with softwood joists etc. To provide additional natural lighting for Workshop usage, this model is complete with extensive styrene-glazed windows to a side wall (can be placed either side upon installation) along with two windows to the door gable end as shown. Key benefits include free basecoat treatment (at works). Customer should re-treat with a wood preservative after assembly for long-term protection, then ideally annually thereafter.
