The Overlap Modular Workshop Shed from our Windsor Garden Sheds range. If it's large volume storage on a tight budget you're after, this is the model for you! This 14'9 x 10' Windsor Modular Workshop offers a massive 150 square feet (approx) of storage or workshop possibilities at a great price. Modular by design, the roof, side walls and floor are formed from 5' long (approx) sections. Each wall section is clad with 8mm Overlap boarding fixed to a 27 x 32mm framing, making the product easier to handle and transfer to your proposed site... Plus you gain the added strength benefit of a double framed arrangement at each point the wall sections meet! Each Windsor Modular Workshop is supplied with a 1.68m (5'6) high x 1.486m (4'10 approx) wide double door to one gable end, secured with a galvanised padbolt (padlock not supplied). The roof and floor are formed from solid sheet boarding, complete with softwood joists etc. To provide additional natural lighting for workshop usage, this model is complete with a bank of styrene-glazed windows to the full length of a side wall (can be placed either side upon installation). Key benefits include free basecoat treatment (at works). Customer should re-treat with a wood preservative after assembly for long-term protection, then ideally annually thereafter. Supplied with felt, fixings, styrene and instructions for self-assembly.
