How to make a purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Simply browse through our product range, then when you find a product that you wish to buy click on the 'Add to Basket' button below the product - the item will be placed into your shopping basket. You can then continue shopping and add more items to your basket. You can view the total cost of your basket in the top right-hand corner of the web site, labelled 'View basket'.

When the contents of your basket are displayed you have several options. At any time you can remove a single item by clicking on the 'Delete' bin, or alternatively alter specifications by clicking the 'Amend' pencil.

When you are happy with all of the items in your shopping basket click on the 'Proceed to customer and delivery details' button. You'll then be asked for your customer address and delivery address (if different). Once entered click the 'On to next stage' button, where you can choose your means of payment; either online by credit/debit card or offline by cheque. If you choose the cheque-based method you'll be taken to our offline checkout where you can print your order and receive instructions upon how to pay and where to send your order. If you choose the online payment method, you'll be taken to our online checkout where you'll be given a final list of items to be purchased. If you're happy everything is correct, click the 'Proceed to secure server' button to enable us to securely and privately collect your card details to complete the order.

Security
You can buy products from this site with the confidence of knowing that we have incorporated a secure server (128 bit SSL) link that will encrypt your order information and protect you against credit card fraud. When you click on the 'Proceed to secure server' button your order will be transferred to our secure server. Most browsers will display a lock icon to confirm that you are in a secure area.

Java & Cookies
The shopping facility incorporated in this site utilises both 'Java' and 'Cookies' in its operation. If you are experiencing any problems with items not being added to your shopping basket, check your browsers settings to ensure that 'Java' is enabled and that it will always accept 'Cookies'.
