The Murryhill vinyl-coated metal garage from Arrow. Manufactured in North America by Arrow - 'The World's Leading Maker of Storage Buildings', the substantial Murryhill range of garages all come with a 2.41m (7'11) wide Up-and-Over roller-type door which is located in the 3.71m front gable. With an unusually high ridge height to give you extra clearance, coupled with 6'1 eaves, these garages are both roomy and versatile. The Murryhill also benefits from an additional side access door, which can be located either side of the building upon installation. For a pleasing maintenance-free finish and extra protection all cladding is vinyl coated - which the manufacturer supports with a 15 year anti-perforation guarantee. Being a garage no floor is supplied, as the product must be supported upon a customer's existing firm and level concrete or paved base (see important note below). Component/flatpack screwed self assembly only, instructions and fixings supplied (excluding base fixings).

IMPORTANT:
The Murryhill garage must be firmly anchored to a concrete, paved or timber foundation to protect against any wind damage. We recommend a 7.5-10cm poured concrete pad or a well grouted paving slab base made to the maximum base foundation size quoted (as product size). This should be constructed on well drained hardcore with a DPC layer inserted approx 5cm below the top surface. The base should be higher than the surrounding area to permit drainage of water.
