Finished externally to an attractive green and contrasting cream painted design, which should provide a pleasing addition to your garden. This Metal Utility Shed has a 10 year manufacturers cladding guarantee against rust perforation and the lockable 1.73m x 0.65m (5'8 x 2'2 approximately) single hinged door (offset in front) is fitted with a pad-bolt, holed ready for a padlock (not supplied). It's specification conforms to caravan and mobile home park regulations. The metal construction offers benefits over timber, for example by having no cracks or warps, thus being rot and rodent-proof, too. Supplied with full instructions for flat-pack screwed self-assembly only. This product has no floor by design, therefore a solid concrete/paved customer base is needed (choose our Hilti Kit option to bolt the shed down), or an optional timber floor kit is required to enable installation.
