| The sign of a good company is one that responds well to mistakes. When I came to erect my shed I found I had the wrong fixing pack. I contacted Shedstore straight away and they apologised unreservedly. The replacement pack was sent but the van broke down!!. When I rang again they were very understanding and sent what I needed on a same day courier. Shed now sits proudly in the garden and looks good. |

| We ordered the shed as the first new item in our new garden. It came quickly, was delievered with no problems and the instructions enabled my Dad and my Husband to put it together pretty sharpish, so I was very pleased! |

| We were very impressed with the service offered and received by shedstore, we were promised a delivery slot between 7am and 7pm and the shed was delivered at 7.30am, in plenty of time to be assembled and painted over the bank holiday weekend. We did have difficulty putting it together, however, as a couple of wooden batons were missing and some of the parts we had were not quite the right shape or length, so we had to do a bit of makeshift assembling in order to finish it off. All in all, however, great value for money, especially when compared to other manufacturer's prices. |

| The product is excellent and the staff is friendly. If the instruction paper can be a little bit more accurate and the delivery guys can reduce their mistakes. It’s going to be perfect. |
