| Delivery of our shed was prompt and hassle-free, which we were extremely pleased with. All the parts were there - as is often NOT the case. From ordering our shed to actually having the finished construct in our garden took less than 2 weeks. We couldn't fault your service or the product. |

| I can't find fault in any area of dealing with shedstore. Buying online was easy and quick, I was contacted within a few days to confirm delivery date. Delivery went without a hitch as did the erection. I was impressed with the quality of the product and am delighted now that it is standing in my garden. |

| The shed was relatively easy to assemble, with everything included that was required except a hammer! If I were to be fussy I would have to say that with everything as tight as it can be the doors do not quite fit properly, however this is only by a very small amount. |

| Quality not bad, above average for the money. There is a gap between the two doors, so we have to add an extra plank of wood to cover this up. The tacks for the roofing felt were so short they didn't work and we had to buy longer ones. Other than this, satisafied. |

| The timber used to make the shed was of a good quality. However the perspex windows sheets were so thin that I felt that they were unable to stop some one pushing them in to gain access (Shedstore comment: As someone could with glass in truth). So in conclusion I do not think the perspex was thick enough to do the job it was meant for. Thank you. |

| Very pleased with the shed and service, but I was not impressed with the people who delivered the shed, they were very unhelpful and left packaging spread out side my house (Shedstore comment: Sorry to hear that, we'll inform the delivering manufacturer of your comments). |

| happy with shed & paint. the delivery service wasn't as good as we didn't receive it in 5 working days as stated but the guys was helpful when delivering. the felt for the roof was ripped & we had to do a bit of patching . but on the whole i would by from shedstore again & also recommend to others. |

| Overall I am very pleased with the product, my only reservation is with regard to safety of items held within the shed, the screws provided for Hinges etc were standard posi-drive which are obviously just as easy to remove as fit, but otherwise the product is fine, the service by the staff has been 1st class. Delivery was on time, the young lad who delivered was a credit to the Co. Thanks. |

| Shed Arrived on time and complete. Happy with the product but would suggest that bars to hold the felt down in high winds are included. These are simply two pieces of tanalised wood that is nailed on top of the felt. Also increase the number of felt nails by 25%. Otherwise very pleased with purchase. |
