| Overall I was very pleased with this playhouse, so was my daughter ! Only problem was I thought the floor was a little flimsy, it flexed and creaked once built. So I laid some loft boarding inside to strengthen it. Having shopped around first I thought the price was very competitive. |

The kids are really chuffed with this house. I don't think a day has passed when I haven't had to "play visitors daddy". Took me way longer than the 2 hours to put this up though (more like two days!) but then I did have a pedantic wife and two pre school kids to contend with. We also treated everything before putting it together.
I took advice of previous customer posting and strenthened the floor with extra battons, and have also put a bale catch on the door too to stop it blowing open in the wind (I know you are not supposed to put any kind of catch on the door, but I cant see the harm with a bale catch).
All in all we are very pleased with our purchase and it looks good in the garden too. |

| All the parts were included in the package. The finish was not altogether suitable for small children playing inside due to the rough surface of the timber. We have re-inforced the base and tiled the interior floor, painted it cream with blue trim added strawberry curtains, window boxes and a picket fence surround. The children love it... |

| Overall the shed is of very good quality which my daughter loves. It was very easy to build. The only down side to the shed is the very weak floor. I understand that the shed is designed for children - however adults do have to erect the shed in the first place and may have to go in if their child falls over, the floor is not overly supportive. At a very small cost you could easily increase the strenght of the floor to make a huge improvement on the product. |

| The product itself is fine although there were a few problems with missing parts along the way. when contacting shedstore i was asked to call the manufacturer to go through the process. as i bought the product from yourselfs you should have followed up any mistakes. delivery was on time (5) product is lovely (4) missing key pieces (1). |

| The Holly Cottage is a lovely playhouse and I'm pleased with how it looks however.... It needed a bit of tweaking to get it built so I was happy with it. The roof didn't sit flush against the walls and needed an extra run of timber along it so it all sat flush. The roofing nails for the felt weren't long enough and needed another run to the diy shop for some decent length ones. I took the time to paint and protect all the panels before it was built and I'd advise anyone to do the same - also you'll need gloss for the windows and flower decor as they definitely need painting. With a bit of extra care it's a fantastic house and the smiles were worth all the effort. |

| Dellivery was very quick and efficient and our daughter loves her new house. We are very pleased with the playhouse however some fine details were lacking. The door has nothing to keep it shut (Shedstore comment: Magnetic catches supplied, EN71 states you cannot fit any form of locking device or latch for child safety). and there is only one stop at the bottom. No handle to pull the door shut from inside. Floor is a little flimsy and the windows do leak (rectified with clear sealer). It was easy for us to remedy these things after construction however the product would be enhanced by incorporating some of these thoughtful details at manufacture. |

| Brilliant product, easy to order, delivered on time, no shortages on any parts, and v easy to assemble. Top tip, take the time to finish coat all panels etc prior to assembly, will be worth it in the long run. Took 1 man, plus hammer, electric screwdriver and a couple of clamps, 4 - 5 hours to assemble, Daughter delighted. |

| Overall it's a great product which will last for many years. It also provides extra storage space for toys. To add to the interior I have painted some mdf with blackboard paint and fitted it inside. An old rug has floored it nicely. However, I have had to fit extra cross-members below the floor as it doesn't support the weight of an adult too well. Although, it's not designed for adults is it. Where the panels don't meet fully I have used silicon sealent to waterproof it. I have also fitted draft excluders around the door as there are quite large gaps. Also fitted a bale catch to keep the door closed. (Shedstore comment: Child safety regulations state that no latch should be fitted other than magnetic (to avoid locking in a young child) and door must have certain gapping/chamfered stiles etc to avoid finger trapping). |

| In general I am very happy. There was quite a bit of sloppiness with the construction (nails holding the t&g on the frame were off target, quite a few split frame members, boards not all lined up well etc) but assembled it seems solid and good value for the money. |
