| Good shed and the quality is too. Only negative thing I can find is the instruction leaflet that came with it. Not very clear and hard to understand if you haven't got any prior knowledge of how to put one of these up. But I asked someone who had and then we finished it in no time. | I was very pleased with your customer service. I lost my instructions and had to phone, this was simple and the lady emailed me a copy within minutes. The delivery was excellent too as the driver braved the snow, and was here on time. However on putting the shed up we found some pieces were missing, all the corner pieces and the apex piece. Also we could not fix the floor inside the shed, the shed walls seem to sit rather uneasily and with a huge gap (Shedstore comment: sounds like the transit blocks haven't been removed before installation), this is very unclear in the instructions. a Shedstore customer, Friday 26th of February 2010 |

| Delivered on time and when promised. A slight crack in one of the windows was found on the day I decided to erect it. Called Customer Service and recieved a replacement within two days, which was very good. Overall, very pleased. My father in law placed an order for the same product when he saw mine. | If you want a cheap shed for all your little bits and bobs, this is the one for you. My other half was so over come with joy (as you can imagine) when it landed the morning of her birthday and i announced it was her birthday present. it didnt take all that long to work out how to put it together only 6 hrs and 27 cups of tea later it was finished. it took a lot longer to calm the otherhalf down as she thought it was her only birthday present and we did put it up in -5 temp. i cannot fault the shed for the money payed and the speed to which it arrived a Shedstore customer, Thursday 28th of January 2010 |

| Am very pleased with the shed, good instructions and easy to erect with 2 people and tools, couldnt get the door fixings in the correct place though to hold the loose side so small problem doors in the bad weather have swollen slightly and not sitting flush, but over all i am very pleased with the purchase.
