| The shed was delivered and stored to my satisfaction. The delivery man was helpful and stacked the shed at the back of my garage as requested. He was helpful, polite and quick. | Having just received your request for a review of the Pent Shed purchased in December I would like to make the following points. The shed is excellent and I feel it to offer excellent value for money. However, the delivery was less than acceptable with the driver being unable to understand clear and concise instructions as to how to get the delivery to our address. In the end he left the shed parts in a field behind the house and we had to 'hand ball' it across the field to the house. All parts were there but one of the plastic window panes was cracked in the corner necessitating my purchasing another piece locally. One other small point that would improve the whole experience would be to pre drill the small black plastic window clips as they are almost impossible to get a screw into without doing so. | Delivery was within the allotted time, all be it only just. Staff were very helpful. Especially when I phoned up to ask if a more accurate delivery time could be given on the day. Shed fitted together without any difficulty and instructions were simple enough to follow. My only issue was with the door. When offered up to frame the door was about 5mm too wide at the top and therefore required planing down to provide a proper fit. | I was very impressed with the service from this company. They have excellent communication skills and kept me informed of all stages of pre-delivery. The shed is easy to assemble and the instructions are easy to follow. The delivery man was a very pleasant and well mannered and did not want to disturb my lunch when he arrived, so he insisted on unloading by himself.I can highly recommend this company and it's products. | Excellent shed. I was worried when it arrived that I'd made a mistake and ordered a shed that was too small but once up it's amazing how much you can get in it. I was also surprised at how easy it was to put up. If your okay with DIY you can get one of these up in an afternoon. Overall I'm pleased. Customer service from Shedstore was also excellent. | It is a good size shed of medium quality - I have it as additional storage in the back of the garden - so it does not matter too much. It offers good head-room in the front, but with just under 6' at the back it is just a bit too low. The window provides excellent light, door fits perfectly, actually all parts fitted great and did not require any adjustments (like drilling additional holes). The quality of the wood is quite average though - you DO need to pre-drill the holes for screws (as it is stated in the assembly-guide!) otherwise the wood just cracks. Took me about three hours to put it together (alone, with my wife helping to hold two walls in place, after that the shed stands by itself). | The shed itself was excellent and easy to assemble, however the window fixtures and the plastic did not fit properly and we had to adjust it and it is still not fitting the way we would like it to. | As an economy shed, this is real value for your money. If you identify and mark all the pieces, read the instructions 2 or 3 times it'll go up easily by one person with a couple of props. One gable was 'out of line' - had it been 'true' I'd gladly have given this product a 5 (Great). The service level by Shedstore was brilliant - order placed Monday - confirmed on Tuesday with delivery advised for the following Monday to the NE of Scotland, which duly happened. | I was very pleased with the product and it arrived 5 days earlier than I had been quoted with no parts missing. The shed can be set up by one person, but it is tricky. The instructions could be a lot more detailed as from time to time it was difficult to understand what was required as part of various next steps and which pieces were needed.
