| Armed with a good battery drill driver, one assistant (very useful) and two small assistants (who were less helpful, but had a lot of fun) the playhouse went up in about 4 to 5 hours. Roof and trim on by 6 hours including stops for tea and a beer. Instructions were fine, everything was supplied. We were very pleased with both the supply and the final look of the palyhouse. |

| After 2 weeks the sunflower tower was eventually complete with 3 parts being broken and it took this long to get it sorted. Let down by lazy workmanship miss placed nails, split wood and damaged panels. The roofing tacs are to small, useless had to buy my own, the product is ok and Looks good once erected. The sunflower tower was let down by the service provider. |

| Playhouse arrived on time, one piece was faulty, which I reported straight away and a new piece was sent out the next day - excellent customer service. Playhouse took about 5 - 6 hours for my husband to put together, with 'help' from our 3 year old! |

| Good value for money would have put 5 but the main screws could not be fitted as the screw heads was not strong enough bought some hex heads from DIY which were fine. This is the second purchase of this model and may not be the last |

| Our twin girls were delighted with their 6th birthday present. We have since had many a tea party inside our play house on a wet day! Thankyou for such a fab playhouse. Customer service has been great, delivery speedy. Only downside was not so DIY proficient daddy building it and ending up with a swollen thumb from hammer damage and being grumpy for the rest of the evening!! |

| We were happy with the windsor sunflower tower playhouse. We thought it was about right forthe price we paid. We feel the steps are to far apart for the safety of young children and to steep so we have put handrails on. Also the door did not fit properly. We are sure that our grandchildren will get years of pleasure from it though. |

| The Playhouse was delivered on time, with all the parts required and I quite enjoyed putting it all together. The end result looks great, the grandchildren and my daughter think it is wonderful and it is great value for money -- thanks. |

| Easy enough to build, some of the paint/stain is not good with areas not being covered. large gap between door and frame mean rain blows in which is not great |

| We're really pleased with the end result and our little boy is ecstatic with his new playhouse - can't keep him out of it! We had some problems with broken parts but these were resolved efficiently by the manufacturer with absolutely no quibbles. |

| We had to make a few adjustments due to a couple of incorrect lengths etc and the door was not as description and only had a sheet of perspex so we had to addapt it and could not use sunflowers. Overal the finished product is good and the grandchildren are happy. |

| The playhouse looks fantastic now it is made up and it was great value. The only issue we had was with the delivery as only half of it turned up (the main house). We then had to contact the company and wait another week until the rest of it came. The kids were VERY disappointed. The instructions were also not included but these were e mailed promptly to us. Had the delivery been complete would have rated an excellent. |

| The product was delived on time. Was pretty easy to assemble although screws for side panels were a little short, so bought longer ones. The door was also a poor fit and had to have staps fitted accross as the door frame wobbled,that aside my daughter and he friends love it. |

| Wendy house arrived within 3 days of order and when we buy a new shed later this year no surprises where we'll we buying it from. Great service and I have already recommend the site to loads of our friends. I had price checked the wendy house for weeks and this was by far and away the cheapest. Good Job ! |

| Although we are pleased overall with the finished result we were more than disappointed with the standard of work - several of the pieces had to be made to fit as they were badly cut/jointed or roughly nailed together etc. Happily my husband has the skills to correct the problems but we felt that it should not have been necessary given the cost of the play house. |

| Excellent playhouse, my daughter loves it. Wasn't very easy to build though, instructions were terrible and we had to buy screws as we were short of one type but had too many of another. I'm sure Shedstore would have provided more if I'd asked but didn't want to wait. Also had to buy felt tacks as the ones provided were too short. Basically a nightmare to build but the finished playhouse looks great. Maybe worth paying for the installation? |

| In general we are very pleased with our tower playhouse, our granddaughter loves it. However some parts were not good and I had to change. The ballastrade was poorly assembled, split and splintered timber, the door was not a good fit and is going to be difficult to make watertight. I put extra timber to strenghthen the roof and battens to help secure the felt. The nails supplied are so short because of the thickness of the board that they would not hold for very long. Shedstores service was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend. |

| Delivery was great, but the playhouse came with the wrong intructions for the roof, so I have quite a few bits of wood left, which is frustrating!! The playhouse itself is fantastic and well worth the money. |

| Nice looking product. Door a poor fit so wasps keep trying to build nests inside. Husband fitted extra hand rails down ladder for 2 year old. Raised off the ground is a great feature and a personal ladder is a little boys dream. |

| Good product, easily assembled. Piano style long door hinge was rather unsuitable - two simple hinges would have been better. (Shedstore comment: Piano hinge is essential for use upon the door (with splayed stile) to prevent small fingers becoming trapped... it's supplied for child safety). |
