| Excellent value, but could do with stronger roof supports to stop any sagging, and the instructions are poor. |

| I was very pleased with my Walton Sussex Summerhouse and even though delivery was slightly delayed, the customer care team were very good at keeping me informed of progress. There were a few minor hiccups i.e. missing hinges and wrong batons but this too was dealt with in an efficient manner. |

| I have to say that this summerhouse is exactly what it says on the tin! Excellent quality, and only took two of us a few hours to put up, including felting the roof. I strengthened the structure by lining it all with sheets of chipboard (to make decoration easier), and I'm very pleased with it. Now in almost constant use by my 3 children. A different company let me down badly with the same product, but Shedstore were excellent and I'd definately recommend them. |

| I recentley bought this summerhouse 8ft by 12.4ft model. Item was delivered within 5 working days as specified and was very easy to build. item is now completed and has taken pride of place in our back garden. The quality of this item is excellent and although the window hinges were missing from the pack it was money well spent and we would recomend this item to any customer. |

| The service was excellent and the product was what we had expected. The only negative point is the roof felt seem's very thin, although for the price we paid we are very pleased. Would have liked the option to pay a little more and upgrade the roof felt at ime of purchase. Overall a trouble free purchase 100%. |

| Summerhouse arrived promptly and in excellent order. Good communication throughout. Easy to assemble, and instructions good. Excellent value for money. Only problem was the batons to fit around the windows were not cut to size, with many being too short. Would definately order through Shedstore again. |

| Very good, except that the glazing beads were all too long and had to be trimmed to length. However overall I am very pleased with both the Summerhouse and the service. |

| The summer house arrived promply within a few days all parts were included it was simple to erect and took a day for three roofers with due care and attention. We were really pleased all round with the end result and would definately reccomend the service to others. |
