| Good value for money. Well erected and after sale query responded to efficiently. Just one gripe - it would have been a good idea if the erection team had notified me they were running late as they did not arrive until 19:30. I needed to make several calls to check on their whereabouts. All in all though v. good service. |

| Generally good value and quality - only negative is roof timber which is a bit cheap and flimsy. Apart from that a nice product. |

| Hi I am glad you have asked as I think we just accepted thats how it is. Anyway the shed is okay the problem we had is that when we put it up the roof felt ripped as it was quite thin so we purchased a more substancial felt for it and secondly one of the plastic door windows cracked when we were installing it. so apart from the cracked window its up and serving its purpose |

| The ordering procedure was straightforward and satisfactory. Delivery arrangements were efficient and made on the promised date. As to the summerhouse - I would rate the materials as acceptable - just about , with some of the wood pieces somewhat rough. In use it is what I expected and generally satisfactory. |
