| I bought this item as a rustic shed rather than an elegant summerhouse building. it is a great little building easy to put up but we modified it as the plans were not brilliant and we felt we could do a better job with the roof. We painted it before erection with cuprinol garden shades. very summery, seaside type of hut. Timber a bit rough and it could have been manufactured with more care. |

| pleased with price, prompt delivery and ease of assembly, build quality is good (though a few nails were short of the mark) T & G far better than lapped, not keen on the sandy roof felt so have used green felt. We are enjoying our summer house! Recommended! |

| Now that the summerhouse is up it is great - exactly what I wanted - with just enough room for two seats and a small table. Delivery was prompt but I think it is a bit ambitious to say that it needs only 2 people to erect it - it took 4 of us! Also, the initial glazing pack contained neither the correct number and size of window panes nor beading strips and we got 2 more packs delivered before we had the correct amount and size. |

| The summer house was good value for money. Fitting the windows was a fiddle but not big deal. Supported the floor plinth with a few extra cross pieces to give more rigidity, so spend about £10 on extra materials would be my advice. Had one door that warped badly, but quickly replaced without any fuss so no complaints here. |

Simple to build following the instructions provided, it has provided an ideal addition to our garden. | Overall, the product was great value for money. If I was to be critical the overall finish of some of the parts could have been better and the instructions were not brilliant but workable. I do have one criticism though and that relates to the manufacturer and its customer service (who delivered the summer house to me). One part (a roof panel) was not delivered with the main order. It took me 45 minutes to get through on their customer service helpline and a further 12 days for them to deliver the panel to me (even though a ‘pick note’ on the panel showed that it was ‘picked’ and made available for delivery within two days of my call (10 days before it was delivered to me). |

Excellent, but a couple of points: The tacks/roofing nails to hold the roofing felt are too short. I had to buy some longer ones to hold the felt in place. Some of the 'wall' pieces had a wooden packing piece loosely nailed on. This was not mentioned in the instructions, and was initially confusing as I thought it was something structural. The screws to attach the roof panels to the ridge are too short and don't reach the ridge bar. The instruction to nail the wooden blocks to the front of the roof is daft. Screws are required, or the roof snaps. It would be a good finishing touch to have a keyhole plate covering the outside hole where the key goes in.
These minor things aside, it's a thoroughly good purchase. |

| I'm very pleased with this product... Ordered on Sunday and delivered within two working days. All items present, and no damage.. Easy to erect as long as the ground is properly prepared. I layed mine to concrete, but used extra supports to provide greater ground clearance. No missing items and plenty of screws.... The instructions are clear and easy to follow, but larger print would be nice. (I hate working in glasses). I would recomment this as a very good product at a very reasonable price. Looks even better with a nice coat of Cuprinol. |
