| Playhouse ideal size for our small garden, however as stated by others, instructions poor & overall quality of the wood/finish leads a little to be desired for the price. Other than that our daughter loves her new house. |

| Great playhouse - easy to build if you're used to a bit of DIY, easier with 2 people but possible with 1! I would recommend letting the wood 'season' before painting it - just for a week or two - as I encountered a bit of shrikage in the overlaps. |

| we have been very pleased with quality of this playhouse....our daughter loves it so much she has enjoyed many lunches in it! She is 3 1/2 yrs old. The only negative would be for an adult to get in and out is very difficult ie need to be on hands and knees! |

| We purchased your play house for our 2yr old daugher some time ago, the process was seamless and prompt but the best bit is just how much she loves it. She has gone in and out the door about a million times, waves to us from the windows and is always asking to come and have a tea party in her house. We think its the best thing we have ever bought her - my friend made it even better by buying her a door bell! Thank you so very much for making our little girl very happy. |

| Lovely playhouse, absolutely ideal for smaller gardens. My husband had no problems putting it together but would have benefited from unpacking all the pieces & reading all instructions before he started. Info about the playhouse base was packed in with the roof pieces. We have added a magnetic catch & internal handle to the door so that it can now be closed from the inside. |

| Lovely little house, fairly easy to assemble even for us amateurs. No probs at all with delivery. Had to shave a tiny bit off the door for a snug fit, but overall perfectly happy. |

| The playhouse is lovely and my little girl is delighted. It took quite a while to assemble but all the pieces were there except 1 pane of plastic for one of the windows. Your company were very efficient and quick at getting the missing part out to us, it only took a couple of days. I have recommended you to my friends so you should be receiving some more orders soon! |

| Very pleased-Kids love it! Pretty straight forward yet time consuming to construct. Only had it 1 month but all water tight and sturdy to date. Communication was helpful & delivery was as requested. |

| Great little house for my 2 year old, he loves playing in the house on a daily basis. The instructions could be a lot better and the door hinge was difficult to fit as well as the door needing to be adjusted. All in all a nice house for a child to enjoy. |

| Once constructed and painted the product looks great and our son loves it. Did take several hours to construct and had to do a little DIY to the hinge on the door so the door would fit properly. However overall we are very pleased with the product. |

| This was reasonably easy to assemble for two people and the instructions were not bad. The finished playhouse is fairly sturdy and attractive although the finish is a bit rough around the edges. |
