| This playhouse was a huge sucess with my 4 year old daughter. It's great quality at a very reasonable price. It took a few hours to put it together and we've painted it cream with a dark brown trim. Everyone who has seen it wants to buy it for their little ones. | Great playhouse - my 5-year-old adores it. Delivery men brought it round to the back garden, close to where it was to be built. It took two of us about four hours to build plus some tweaking later. Great quality and it was the best price I could find on the web for a two-storey playhouse of this nature. Would highly recommend. | My two sons love this playhouse and I think it is quite good value compared to other products on the market. However my husband did put additional screws in place to hold all the panels together (we felt it was a little flimsy with just the nails). It would've been nice if the windows opened and there was a proper door latch to open/shut door as we've had to purchase an additional one. | I would have put Great but there were a couple of things that had to be fixed when putting it together. The stairs and banister were only stapled together which we didnt think was safe so had to get them screwed together. | Simply THE best playhouse available out there for such a price. A friend of mine has exactly the same and when she found out how much I payed she was gutted. I saved £200 on what she payed for hers. It looks lovely in the snow. The guys go in and snugg up. Brill! Carpets, curtains, green Walls with red trimmings. | We have painted and constructed Snowdrop Cottage. It appears to be good value for money and the kids love it. It did take a long time to paint, much longer than putting it together. There are gaps in places but generally it seems like a strong structure that will hopefully last for many years. Delivery was very disappointing. Asked for a call on mobile 10 minutes before delivery was due but this did not occur and all components were left in a big pile in the garden in full view of the road. | Delivery date was advised by phone days in advance. Delivery was quite late in the day, but customer services quickly confirmed that our order was on the way. The quality of the playhouse was very good and easy to build. Floor may be a little weak and may need strengthening. Upper floor railings and door stay didn't fit with the description in the instructions. Roof felt had been folded, not rolled which made it difficult to fit. | A really good playhouse for the girls to play in. It's only been up a day and we can't get them out of it. Instructions were fine despite being a bit small (A4 would have been nice). The 2 hour construction time is quite frankly a joke. It took 2 experienced DIYers about 3 hours just to get the sides and roof on. Altogether it's a good days work. | Item went together with virtually no problems. Definitely a two-man job. The only problem was with the 'first floor' balustrade. The bottom of the balustrade screws to the floor ok. There is no real facility for fixing either the top or the end next the wall. I had to fix in a couple of packers of my own to provide a suitable backing for the fixing. | My children absolutely love the cottage and have already had endless hours of fun in there. The only criticism we have is that we found the floor and the roof too rough and splintery. | This is a lovely sized playhouse expecially with the second floor. Only 2 problems - we didn't think about the side window and unfortunately this has to face our garage wall.
