| The delivery was prompt, although instead of putting it at the side of the house, as asked for, where it would be out of site the delivery company left it at the front of the house in full view for all to see. The Halls greenhouse was well labelled, with instructions that were easy to follow. |

| The greenhouse is very good. The instructions were not easy. Diagrams are not always clear - it would help to know if the view is from inside the greenhouse or outside. |

| After initial panic about how to follow the instructions to build the greenhouse we're now almost there - just the glazing to do. The instructions were not particularly easy but once we'd worked through one side it became easier. The ordering and delivery processes went without a hitch despite our peculiar requirements. |

| Greenhouse was delivered as promised in managable sized packages. No breakages at delivery, however it would have been nice to have had one spare pane for breakages as I'm sure I'm not the only person who has broken a pane whilst setting up!! Good quality greenhouse, easy construction. Would have liked to be able to buy replacement panes from this site but had to take my custom elsewhere. |

| My popular 86 arrived within the hour I was told it would. Everything was found to be ok. The driver helped to lift everything round to the site it was to be built on. I erected it completely on my own in a little less than four hours, there was no problems putting it together or with fitting the glass. I like to make sure the glass will stay in with a little bit of clear silcone on the corner of each pane to the frame. I strongly recommend this greenhouse. |

| This my second halls popular 86 greenhouse, I bought the first 14 years ago and was impressed with the product then. When I was considering a second greenhouse I looked at other products but eventually settled on the Hall 86. Even then I wasn't convinced it would be as good, you hear so many stories of quality being sacrificed for profit. I needn't have worried, the new Popular 86 was as good if not better quality than the old one, it went together easily. A great product. |
