| Well packaged but unclear photocopied instructions made assembly difficult. It would have been helpful if the written instructions were shown opposite the picture rather than on the reverse of the sheet. I had to reposition both ends in order to complete glazing. Assembled unit seems OK. |

| Overall I was pleased with my green house. All the parts were there and readily identifiable. However I did think that perhaps the instructions and photos could have been a little clearer to aid construction. Overall though I was pleased with the product and would recommend you to others. |

| The greenhouse was very easy to instal. However, three things could be improved. Firstly, I didn't realise that the sides were not square, so was puzzled as to why there were so many different glass sizes. This would be good information to have in the manual. Secondly the best way Ifound to install the glass was to lay it all out on the ground with the part number next to it. This is because it is not packed in order of assembly. Thirdly, the helpline didn't know how to tell me how to instal the door on the opposite side.( the manual is on the left, Iwanted the right) It is easiest to tell the customer to build it as per the plan, then they will see for themselves how easy it is - simply swap the inside bars. As I say, considering the number of parts, very easy to install, a good manual, and excellent quality. Fantastic value for money. |
