| I was highly delighted with the greenhouse and delivery was good. Unfortunately some of the panes were broken but you quickly re-imbursed me the extra cost of replacing them. We have suffered severe gales and an earthquake since it was erected and the structure has remained sound and undamaged. |

| The greenhouse when erected was as I would have wished but the erection instructions need clarifying especially more detail regarding inserting polycarbonate glazing into frame and more detail regarding erecting the door. |

| Good value, good service, spoiled by very poor quality aluminium nuts and bolts for assembly, about a dozen of which snapped and had to be replaced. |

| It would have been very helpful when assemblying the greenhouse if the parts could have been marked inside or outside, may be with a simple I or O. The part numbers were invaluable to a novice errecting a greenhouse for the first time. |
