| The Walton Summerhouse is all that we expected and we've found the facility very successful to date as it has created a "Haven" away from everyday interruptions where we can read newspapers and books at our leisure. I have to say that I'm pleased that we paid for someone else to erect the summerhouse as it did seem to prove rather tedious. |

| Product now received and in storage until the new year when we will erect it. It looks good although I was a bit disappointed that all parts did not arrive together and had to be chased. All have arrived now. |
