| The service was first class. Some of the parts were damaged and were replaced very quickly and efficiently. I would not want to erect this log cabin without considerable help as the parts are very well made and very heavy. The weather has not permitted erection of my log cabin, but I am sure it will be wonderful. |

| Very pleased with the overall quality, but may I suggest you include in the kit a piece of plywood cut to the angle required for the octagonal cabins, to make it easier for people to set up the perimeter beams to the correct angle as this is crucial to the whole build, As a builder I was able to do this, but not everyone can work out and cut the correct angle. |
