| Absolutely superb from the moment I clicked BUY right through to delivery I was kept informed at all times, fast delivery (only 4 days) the driver called 3 times to check on access as I specified "small lorry" and I was told he carried the shed up the hill to our house about 250 metres, section by section. What a service. It was easy to erect and the quality of the shed is excellent, I have already recommended your company, I was that impressed. |

| Ordered Sunday, order confirmed Monday, Shed delivered on Tuesday. Good quality product at great price. Would highly recommend this as it has a proper wooden tounge & groove floor and roof, rather than the chipboard found on other sheds of similar prices in high street stores. |

| Shed arrived quickly and all components were all present and correct. Instructions were fairly easy to follow, though each diagram had a lot going on, so it could have been broken down into more detailed instructions. It does require 2 people to build and put together. |

| Good shed, plenty of felt. Delivery was great - had call to arrange delivery and it was prompt. Portabase came flat packed so had to assemble which was not expected (Shedstore Comment: The Portabase option is described as 'Portabase DIY Timber Support Kit' - DIY... thus of a self-assembly style). |

| After the initial delivery of a summerhouse, the shed arrived, and was pretty easy to erect, the instructions were clear, but I'd recommend reading the whole way through before you start so it makes sense. You definitely need two people and some patience, not least to sort out the thousands (? - Shedstore comment; somewhat excessive!) of nails and screws into groups. We managed to build the basic structure in an afternoon, then I finished it off the next day. The finished shed is great, nice and sturdy, it looks good and is now full of gardening equipment. |

| Approx. one day to erect. Very straightforward. Instructions largely easy to follow and mainly accurate. I dare say a larger shed would take a little more manpower. Delivery, communication etc. v. good. |

| My shed was delivered when promised and the delivery guy was very friendly and helpfull. The shed is absolutely fine and fit for purpose, however l had to put some more bearers under the floor to stop the possibility of sagging between the supports provided. It can be easily erected by two people in one day, preferably when its not raining or windy! |

| Good quality shed, delivered when promised. One minor ironmongery shortage, which was quickly sent after I called to report it. Would suggest the shed will be more durable if fixed with screws, rather than nails. |

| A very smart little shed, the only comment I would make are that wooden trims at the end of the roof must be the same ones that are supplied for the 8' x 6' .They are far too long on this shed and you inevitably hit your head on them sooner or later, so I recommend measuring them first and sawing off a bit. |

| The site was excellent to view & compare the sheds on offer, ordering too was easy & problem free. We did wait some time for delivery, but that was due to our location & the delivery company waiting for the base to arrive. Delivery was fine, they phoned us the day before to ensure we would be here, the driver was excellent, he helped us in to the garage with the shed as the weather was bad & double checked we had all the components. We decided the portabase was the best option for us & proved a great investment. We had never put up a shed before, but with the instructions and two of us we managed it in 5 hours. Shed looks great! |

| The wood was much thicker and better quality than lots of other sheds we'd seen at a similar price. It was easy to construct, although might be worth amending instructions so it's clear that windows should be fitted early in the process. Also, the additional shed base we purchased has to be constructed using power tools. |

| Perfectly good product - replacement for previous similar shed. Amount of roofing felt only just enough - little overlap at the ridge to provide a waterproof seam. Fortunately I had some to provide a better coverage at the ridge. Product & materials all fine. |

| Shed was good value for money and I am satisfied with it. On a 7x5 shed with apex roof, the overlap on the supplied roofing felt is barely 4 inches and this is not enough. I had to purchase a further roll of felt to allow a good seal. Otherwise no other criticism but this was a irritation. |
