| Actual product good but some problems regarding delivery - didn't turn up on arranged date/time and there were two windows missing. It took several phone calls to arrange for the missing windows to be installed. We expected better service on a pre-paid item. |

| Excellent value for money, no problems with the delivery and I now have a very practical workshop. The instructions were not the best which caused a few challenges and the tacks for the felt roof were not long enough to be effective. |

| 1. We are pleased with our workshop and neighbours have made numerous envious comments (or maybe sarcastic ones!) 2. The plan was not correct and I had to ring the supplier as two lengths of wood were necessary between the two lengthway side sections (2x6' = 12'). 3. The amount of roof felt was too tight with insufficient spare and i had to add to it. I have done roofing before. 4. The tacks were too small and came out as there was movement in the 12mm T&G roof sections. 5. There were missing batons on some of the windows and I had to make replacements. 6. Nevertheless, I was able to erect the 10'x12' workshop on my own (I am 64 yrs old) in one day including painting the section with preservative so for the cost it was a good deal. |

| I bought, they came, they built, they went, I saw. It is a great shed - exactly as described. The roof felt is not great, and as I am 6'2 tall the door is less than I hoped (but I can change that). I am very pleased overall. |
