The Annexe is a secure storage add-on for a static caravan and is ideal for storing items such as patio furniture, barbecues or gas canisters. It is designed to fit conveniently under caravan windows. Constructed from 1.20mm galvanised steel, reinforced with 1.60mm thick box section upon the normal forced entry points. Double door, offset to front with lock. Waterproof construction, but with sufficient ventilation to prevent condensation. Finished in either cream or dark green powder coated finish (other colour options available), that has a 10 year anti-perforation warranty against rust. This product weighs 205kg and requires a 2.02m x 1.10m (min) level solid base (concrete, paving etc) to enable installation; base fixings supplied. Supplied flat packed for two person self-assembly, requiring only screwdrivers (plus drill for base fixings). Optional installation service available.
