The Painted Lodge playhouse from the Treetop Traditional Painted range is an attractive, quality wooden playhouse that includes an integral verandah (included in 7' x 7'). The standard colour scheme for this painted model is to a 'cranberry & cream' contrasting design, applied externally to the walls only in a three coat process at works (two coats of paint, one coat clear sealer). The Lodge also benefits from an internal first floor area (offset left) with access ladder, window box and diamond window detail to door. Clad with quality Deal Redwood 12mm PAR finished (16mm nominal) tongued and grooved (T&G) shiplap cladding, that enhances both the quality and appearance of the building. Internally, the Lodge playhouse benefits from chamfered (rounded) edges upon the corners of the 44 x 27mm framing, in keeping with the high standard of construction throughout. Supplied with mock shutters and fixed windows to the front, with the windows being safety Perspex glazed. Access is provided by the 1.41m high x 0.59m wide single door, supplied fitted using antique style fittings. To allow the timber to 'breathe', all internal elevations remain untreated. Self assembly by customer (instructions supplied).
