The Jessica playhouse from the Treetop Traditional range is an attractive, quality wooden playhouse that includes an integral verandah (included in 7' x 7'). This model also benefits from a part-glazed door and four windows (two to front, one to each side) to allow in plenty of light for play. Clad with quality Deal Redwood 12mm PAR finished (16mm nominal) tongued and grooved (T&G) shiplap cladding, that enhances both the quality and appearance of the building. Internally, the Jessica playhouse benefits from chamfered (rounded) edges upon the corners of the 44 x 27mm framing, in keeping with the high standard of construction throughout. All windows are safety Perspex glazed. Access is provided by the 1.18m high x 0.53m wide single door, supplied fitted using antique style fittings. Pre-treated with one coat of spirit-based preservative. Self assembly by customer (instructions supplied).
Note: The erection service is available throughout England, Wales and Southern Scotland (to Glasgow / Edinburgh).
