The Cosy Cottage from the Halls Playhouses range. This wooden playhouse is constructed from 12mm tongue and groove cladding throughout, supported by a 34 x 45mm framework. Designed to a simple shed-style appearance - 'just like Dad's', your children can now enjoy their own space to 'work' and play. Complete with T&G roof and floor, the Cosy Cottage also includes such safety features as Perspex glazing and 'no trap' piano hinges to keep the little ones safe. Supplied with all glazing, roofing felt, fixings and instructions as required. All timbers have been treated at works with a water-based coloured preservative. Self-assembly by customer.
External wall sizes are stated upon product detail. Size at the roof increases to; 6'11 x 6' (2.12x1.83m).
