The New Vermont summerhouse from the Walton Summerhouses range. With its unique styling, glazed panels and folding double doors, this garden building is ideal for entertaining on those warm summer nights. Featuring a fully-glazed front due to the extensive use of glazed panels and double folding glazed doors (the centre 4 panels are the folding doors), this model has a spacious feel by allowing plenty of natural light to enter. Constructed from tongue and groove boarding upon a 27 x 45mm framing throughout (including roof and floor), standard features include high-grade red roofing felt and further glazed panels (1 per side). Glazing is heavy styrene and the 1.89m (6'3") wide folding double doors are fitted with 6 bolts for security, lock and key, in addition to contemporary-style door handles and hinges. Supplied basecoat treated at works, with a recommendation that you re-treat with your own preservative during or immediately after construction. Supplied with roofing felt and fixings as required. Self-assembly by customer (instructions supplied).
