| Description & Notes |
The New Hampshire Log Cabin from the Windsor Premium range. This attractive addition to any garden provides ample space for a variety of uses, offering a practical place in which to relax, study, work out or entertain; but especially suitable as a home office. This eye catching design is great value for money, very versatile, modern and an innovative solution for your garden space. The New Hampshire Log Cabin is constructed from 28mm thick, top quality softwood interlocking planed log, complete with double tongue and groove joints and wind tight chalet-connections to the corners. The roof and FREE floor are both formed from 18mm tongue and groove boarding. The 6'3 high x 2'8 wide (1.90 x 0.83m) single door is made from laminated wood and is supplied complete with a cylinder lock and handles. Both the door and windows are glazed with single sheet glass (not toughened). The 1.00m deep canopied porch (included in product size) has a wooden slatted floor as standard. The New Hampshire Log Cabin is delivered untreated offering you the opportunity to protect and decorate it to your own personal taste. Untreated wooden garden buildings do naturally (through sunlight/weathering) turn a silver/grey with age within around 12 months; therefore we recommend that you treat your log cabin during construction with a high quality preservative and at regular intervals according to the preservative manufacturer's instructions. Pressure treated bearers/base rail for maximum durability are included as standard. This log cabin should be constructed upon your own firm level base, whether that is solid concrete or paving slabs. Supplied with brown roofing felt, all assembly fixings and full instructions for self-assembly only. Note: Log cabins are loose-form (not sectional) products, as they are formed by interlocking the individual log rails from ground level upwards (layer upon layer).
Delivery: Bulk and heavy Windsor log cabin deliveries are made by a 6-wheeler large truck with an onboard forklift. Before ordering please ensure a 'large lorry' can reach and operate to your property. Delivery will be made to kerbside/driveway only, thus the customer will be responsible for unpacking and walking all components to their final on-site location. It is at the drivers sole discretion as to whether they should take their large and heavy vehicle (or forklift) onto a customers driveway - in case of and to avoid surface damage.
Disclaimer: All Windsor Log Cabins are supplied untreated, this being typical to most log cabins (except the pressure treated bearers). To offer long term protection and avoid immediate weathering, please treat your building with a suitable wood protector/preservative immediately AFTER self-assembly. |
