The Heavy Duty Pent from the Treetop Traditional Pressure Treated range. This model is clad with quality Deal Redwood 12mm PAR (16mm nominal) tongued and grooved (T&G) shiplap cladding that enhances both the quality and appearance of the building. Internally, the building benefits from 5'9" eaves and chamfered (rounded) edges upon the corners of the 44 x 44mm heavy duty framing, in keeping with the high standard of construction throughout. For increased lifespan, this product has been pressure treated to offer a 15 year extra rot resistance guarantee (conditions apply). A compliment of fixed and opening windows are fitted to the front; but some may relocate to a gable end when door position B, C or D is chosen. Additional opening windows can be selected. The standard single 5'9" x 2'6" door can be fitted in any of five positions (as selectable below), securable by key lock. Self-assembly by customer (instructions supplied).
