The Smart Vent 300 from the Smart Solar range. This solar powered deluxe ventilation unit is an ideal addition to a garden building, when a form of air circulation is needed. Frequently you need ventilation in hard-to-reach places where access to mains power would require a complex and expensive installation. Locations as varied as greenhouses, sheds and conservatories all benefit from improved ventilation, creating a more pleasant and controlled atmosphere. The Smart Vents offer a simple and easily installed solar ventilation system that will extract excess humidity and reduce condensation. These units are constructed from ABS plastic with polycarbonate cowlings. The 300 model incorporates a simple on/off switch and an air in/out switch, with the internal fan being powered by natural light falling upon the integral solar panel. This deluxe model model also incorporates power storage via an integral NiMh battery that allows the Smart Vent 300 to be used at night or in poor weather. Maintence free, water-proof and compact, installation clearly requires you to form a locating hole through your existing structure to allow airflow and enable the vent to operate. Self-fit only.
