| Description & Notes |
The Overlap Apex 57 Shed from our Larchlap range. This basic shed, having a wider front than its depth (reverse apex), offers many storage possibilities due to the incorporation of a wide double door to the front gable - to allow easy access. The 1.63m high x 1.10m wide double door is secured with a hasp & staple (padlock not supplied) and two turn buttons. Key Larchlap benefits include free dip-treatment, pressure treated floor joists and a 10 year manufacturers anti-rot guarantee. Specifications include Stirling board (OSB, similar to chipboard) to the roof and floor, with 125 x 8mm cladding upon a 28 x 28mm framing to the walls - formed from European Softwood. Glazing is 1.5mm safety styrene, to the fixed window. This Larchlap overlap shed is factory-made in a traditional way, by overlaying square cut timber boards and nailing them into place. This method of construction results in an economical garden building with a charming rustic appearance, that can be enhanced by imaginative use of coloured wood preserver. Supplied pre-dipped in a primer coat of timber treatment at the factory, which needs to be refreshed after assembly and annually thereafter. Supplied with felt, fixings, styrene and instructions for self-assembly only.
Building price includes delivery for Mainland England, Wales & most of Southern/East Scotland, *but excludes KA,KW,PA,PH & IV post coded mainland locations. No delivery service is available to offshore (or part-offshore) locations of BT, IM, KA, KW, ZE, PA, PH, IV, HS, GY, JE & PO30-39.
