| Description & Notes |
The Heavy Duty Shiplap Apex 106 Shed from our Larchlap range. This standard shed is ideal for multi-purpose garden storage, allowing you to store most garden tools, furniture or bicycles for example. This model especially benefits from being specified with planed kiln-dried framing which offers greater stability and is less prone to splits; despite being only 35 x 28mm in section. Being shiplap tongue and groove clad, this shed is superior to our overlap-clad models due to the provision of the 'jointed' T&G to the walls. Each piece of tongue and groove timber has a slot (the groove) cut all along one edge, and small outcrop (the tongue) on the opposite edge. Pieces fit snugly together to ensure a close fit, but some movement can still be accommodated. This Larchlap apex model is supplied complete with a 1.65m high x 1.10m wide double door, secured with a pad bolt (padlock not supplied). Other key Larchlap benefits include free dip-treatment, pressure treated floor joists and a 10 year manufacturers anti-rot guarantee. Specifications include Stirling board (OSB, similar to chipboard) to the roof, 12mm T&G shiplap cladding upon a 35 x 28mm framing to the walls and 12mm square-edge boarding to the floor - formed from FSC European Softwood. The window compliment is six (2 opening, 4 fixed), glazed with 1.5mm safety styrene. Supplied pre-dipped in a primer coat of timber treatment at the factory, which needs to be refreshed after assembly and annually thereafter. Supplied with felt, fixings, styrene and instructions for self-assembly only.
Building price includes delivery for Mainland England, Wales & most of Southern/East Scotland, *but excludes KA,KW,PA,PH & IV post coded mainland locations. No delivery service is available to offshore (or part-offshore) locations of BT, IM, KA, KW, ZE, PA, PH, IV, HS, GY, JE & PO30-39.
