The New Foundland Grand from the Hillhout range. This extensive quality log cabin is constructed from 28mm interlocking logs and has the benefit of an integral 2.00m deep x 4.20m wide verandah / terrace to the front as standard (included in size). Available in two sizes, both being complete with a 4.20m wide frontage, that incorporates the two standard glazed fixed panels and the fully glazed double doors. Standard features include green felt shingles to the roof, a roof anchorage set (offers additional support to verandah roof) and a quality key operated door lock. Supplied with pressure impregnated foundation beams for support, of which will also resist rot. An optional internal floor can be selected, being a self-assembly kit comprising tongue & groove boards and pressure impregnated beams. The main log components are supplied in a loose-form, pre-notched untreated state, for self-assembly by the customer (general tools needed; hammer, screwdriver etc). Customer to protect or decorate to their own taste. Due to the loose interlocking log (not sectional) construction, a level concrete or paved base is required to enable installation.
Note: Product dimensions are to log ends, thus internal size is some 0.25m less in each direction. On delivery you should provide two able bodied people to receive and assist unloading of this product.
