The Buckingham from Halls Summerhouses. The largest model in the Halls Summerhouses range, the walls of the Buckingham are constructed from 12mm tongue and groove cladding, supported by a 34 x 45mm framework. Designed with a front gable that incorpoates a bay window of a Georgian-style, the Buckingham also benefits from a single side opening window as shown. The windows to the front bay are however fixed; non-opening. Complete with a T&G roof and an 18mm moisture resistant solid sheet floor, the Buckingham features 3mm toughened safety glass and a small front canopy (roof overhang). The part-glazed double doors are set offset to the right within the front gable and are securable by the key lock provided. Supplied with all glazing, roofing felt, fixings and instructions as required. All timbers have been treated at works with a water-based coloured preservative. Self-assembly by customer.
External wall sizes are stated upon product detail. Size at the roof increases to; 12'4 x 9'1 (3.76x2.79m).
