The ExpandaKabin, the all-new, versatile flat packed office solution. Each ExpandaKabin office arrives flat packed, is man portable and is ideal for erecting in previously inaccessible locations. Its simple assembly (with a socket set) takes about 45 minutes. Manufactured from fully galvanised steel (no rusting), ExpandaKabin has attractive smooth panelling, finished in a powder coated moss green (Ral 6005) on the outside and an off-white (Ral 9002) powder coat on the inside. The unit has a guttered roof and features a double glazed uPVC window fitted as standard. The interior of the insulated Expandakabin is pleasantly light and airy with a durable and smart wall finish - suitable for surface mounted electrics. Once assembled the unit can be moved by crane / forklift or demounted back into its neat flat pack form for storage purposes.
Optional extras include; additional door and windows, heavy-duty window guards, electric pack and side/end linking kits. This product is supplied flat packed for self-assembly only. Delivery commonly by large vehicle with a hiab crane to roadside/driveway only (customer to unpack and transfer components to proposed location).
Note: We recommend that you install this product upon a firm (concrete, tarmac or paving) and level surface for maximum support. Expandakabins are not designed to comply with Building Regulations approval.
Optional Electric Pack contains; consumer unit, external CEE plug & socket, 1 x double socket outlet, 1 x light fitting, 1 x light switch, 1 x fused switch, 10m x 1.5mm cable, 10m x 2.5mm cable, 3m x 16mm and 3m x 25mm self adhesive trunking, 1 x 2kW convector heater. |
